Vietnam Noodle Star

The quality of the food wasn’t the best. The noodles soak up the soap quickly so they get soggy easily, and the grilled pork/chicken do not have a strong lemongrass flavour. It didn’t taste very flavourful or authentic. The service was great however, the servers were very attentive and kind.

Prices gone up but quality gone way down. Meats taste like dried rubber and soup is not hot. The rice noodle sticks like a cake at the bottom of the bowl of Mon we ordered. Soup is like salty MSG solution. Don’t they have any respect for their restaurant which used to be a brand name pho ship in the area?

This used to be my mom’s favorite pho place. Honestly prices has gone up which is normal but the quality has gone down. Pho came out warm and not hot. Quality of the noodles just don’t taste the same as they did before. However, there is still a decent amount of meat. I think their pineapple fried rice is pretty good. It’s cool that they use half a pineapple as the plate.
