Welcome to Verzênay Chicago, where French patisserie meets Midwest charm. Located in Lincoln Park, our bakery blends French classics with locally sourced ingredients. Led by Paris-trained Chef Arshiya & her 20 member team, Verzênay offers breakfast, lunch, High Tea, & an array of artisanal cakes, breads, & chocolates. We prioritize fresh, high-quality ingredients, supporting local farmers to bring an authentic taste of France to Chicago. Our food is Halal, ensuring everyone can enjoy our delights. Chef Arshiya trained at Ferrandi School of Culinary Arts in Paris in 2011, worked at Le Meurice Hotel & Arnaud Delmontel bakery. Verzênay started as a booth at the Green City Farmer's Market in 2014 and opened its retail storefront in 2021.
