Good HK style comfort food

Came here for lunch with my wife and daughter. Once we came in they said we can take a sit where we’d like but after that no one came to attend us. After about 10 min. Had to raise my hand to get someone to attend us. And even then they attended another group first who had came in 10 min after us. Once we ordered we waited to receive our water. Which never came. Asked the same server again about the water and still nothing. My wife had to go to the front desk to go pick up our water. We asked for rice and it never came. We asked for a drink and received the wrong one. Just over all a bad service. The only good thing was that the food was delicious. Don’t think I’ll be coming back here.
