Venchi Cioccolato e Gelato, Firenze Stazione Santa Maria Novella (Piazza della Stazione)

Fantastic gelato! But also very expensive. The ordering system is not clearly stated, so ordering can be difficult. I thought I could just order a cone or cup and a flavour, but these are the options you must choose from: *Cone or cup. *Small, medium, large. *Chocolate coating and type of nuts (hazelnuts, walnuts, etc) for the cone or cup. *Type of syrup (caramel, chocolate, etc). *Flavour of gelato (apparently I had to choose 2 flavours). Ordering these options may sound simple, but it is chaos! After ordering and paying, the attendant who scooped my gelato had to ask me the same questions about the chocolate coating and syrup. And apparently I had to have 2 flavours of gelato, not the 1 flavour I ordered. Very good gelato, but be prepared for many questions.
