Staff were friendly and welcoming, the new menu has a lot to offer in good food & drinks. The chicken wings are a must, absolutely delicious.

Overly priced for what you get. Had to send food back as burnt, when replaced still burnt however did get a free dessert. One of the bar staff talked quite loudly to another member of staff asking to push certain mixers as they cost more, not very professional. Waiting staff were efficient.

Absolutely wonderful restaurant. Visited this past Friday and really enjoyed it. The food was top notch and the service was great. Will definitely go again.

Out with work friends for a fun evening. We had another great time here, the food is great, the cocktails are brilliant and the staff are really helpful.

Lovely Staff, sadly the atmosphere was about the same as a dentists waiting area. The food is hit and miss. We had a mixture of Sunday roasts and vaultz burgers. The burgers were nice, however, the roasts ( on this occasion) were not awful but they weren't exactly good. The meats on all 4 dishes were cold, the Yorkshire puddings the same, the cauliflower cheese's had to be sent back as stone cold in the middle. And the roast potatoes were crispy but over cooked so very floury in the middle. And the veg was just threatened with being steamed or cooked or boiled so rock hard. The pigs in blankets were nice, they had no bbq sauce, and the pepsi's had to be sent back as they had been also threatened with having syrup poured into them, but thankfully the staff sorted that out. It's a shame as family came down from up country and having had a good meal here a week earlier we thought we'd take them here to fill up before they left, but sadly we were all disappointed on this experience.

The idea of vaultz is fantastic, convert an old bank into a boujie, upmarket, classy spot. Exactly what the top of town needs in amongst the new independent bars and restaurants cropping up, unfortunately the idea hasn’t translated too well in all aspects of the restaurant. The ambience isn’t great, the lighting is wrong, the wall paper looks cheap, the food wasn’t good at all, I had to send mine back. The chips were hacked up potato that had attempted to be deep fried. Unfortunately they were just awful, same for onion rings. The sea food linguini I had as a replacement was quite good. Anybody I’ve spoken to who has been there calls it distinctly average. I can see where they’re going and what they’re trying to do, it’s just not there yet. Good luck in the future
