Vaso's Mediterranean Bistro

Vaso's Mediterranean Bistro is a fine dining restaurant serving Greek-inspired cuisine. Our dishes are generous meals, selected and prepared by Chef Vaso Voliotis herself (and her crew), featuring a range of authentic, housemade salads, gyros, platters, filo-based appetizers, and mouthwatering entrées. Most of the recipes are from family’s tradition which was tweaked by Chef Vaso to reach that extra level of awesomeness. Come to taste our exquisite Lamb Kapama, Lamb chops, Baked Moussaka, Greek Samplers, Baked Branzino (Sea Bass), Stuffed Flounders, homemade pastas, among other delicious veal and poultry selections, which is our signature.
