Poor customer service. Ever heard of the phrase 'repeat business'?

Went in Sunday week ago as I couldn’t get any flavour from the vape. I told the guy I’d already changed the coil and soaked it. He didn’t have an answer. Just said you’d have to buy a new one. I reluctantly did. After I bought it I read up a bit about it and went back on the Monday and spoke to a different guy called Nick. He was excellent! The customer service was a world apart! He Explained the difference in juices and coils and which ones suit each vape etc. within 10 minutes my original vape was working and sorted! Nick couldn’t have been more helpful unlike the other guy. I went in yesterday to speak to the other guy and he couldn’t care less. I will continue to use the shop when I can get there but only when Nick is in there. Wasted £30 on a new vape which I didn’t need!

Cannot believe Khalil has gone! This guy was the only person that kept me coming back. The guy that works during the week has 0 customer service skills and needs to watch how he speaks to the customers. This shop will not last long.

5 stars for guy that runs the store at the weekend, good atmosphere, customer service and a top bloke. Zero stars for the clown that works during the week, bad customer service and very cocky attitude. My advice.....only visit at the weekends, vibe is so much better

Team at VapeHub, friendly as ever. Good vibes, very informative. I want to finish my vapes quick so I can buy from them again. Sometimes it's not the products its the customer service. Although their products are great quality too :)

Worst customer service ever experienced. Walked in and asked any flavours he recommended for vapes to which he replied “not really, just go through the pot and pick one you like”. Shop is a tip, and he looks like he can’t be bothered. Don’t open a business if you don’t want to help people.

Got some juice from here recently as was in the area and was the only open shop I could find. Sold me two bottles of juice, both expired, one in 2020! Didn't realise until I got home. Shop was also an absolute tip, stock everywhere. Looks like a disorganised shambles, won't be back.
