Valley Keto

I love this place. I have diabetes and because of this place, I can eat things I thought I would not be able to eat again. Yes, I know that it is made out of different ingredients than normal. However, you would never know! Thank you, Valley Keto!

Visited for the first time when vacationing in Phoenix, and loved it, the owner is very knowledgeable and experienced!

I got some of their baked good at a art/ craft fair and they were not good. My friend did not enjoy them either. We both have had many keto and gluten free baked goods and the muffins especially where heavy and dense and not moist at all. We will not buy from here again. I should have known when they were not giving samples. I bake at home too and my keto and gluten free baked goods are much better tasting. Lesson learned.
