One of our signature blends, composed of 60% sumatra and 40% French roast. The sumatra lends a sweeter tone to the darker notes of French, a quality medium-dark blend with low acidity.

Another Valhalla signature blend of 50% Sumatra, 25% Ethiopian Harrarand 25% French Roast. A well-bodied blend with herbal undertones, accentuated by the earthy flavor characteristics of Sumatra and a hint of berry.

A classic single-origin varietal from Sumatra that is rich, full-bodied and earthly, accompanied by a light sweet acidity.

(The Master Roaster's favorite) A bean that has been cultivated in Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee. The perfect cup of coffee: rich and smooth, with notes of blueberry and a hint of chocolate.

Created from Central American beans, a traditional dark roast; medium-bodied, robustand smokey sweet.
