Bonjour, le 29 décembre, nous avons déjeuné aux Promenades, voici nos commentaires: nous avons été reçus comme des rois par 2 très gentilles dames. Service très rapide. Propreté impeccable. Déjeuner très bien préparé et bien servi. Délicieux. Un tout petit quelque chose me chicote : sur la présentation du menu, on y voit des fruits mais il n'y en a pas dans les assiettes. À mon avis, ce n'est pas grave, mais.... Je vous remercie de l'attention que vous porterez à ces commentaires!

Je sais que les temps sont difficiles pour tout le monde, mais servir de la nourriture moisie?!! Ma conjointe a le cœur dans la gorge la… je vais mieux choisir mes sorties à l’avenir..

Prepare the food without gloves, meaning they touch the food with their hands all the time.

The staff who took our order using the machine did not wash or sanitize her hands. She immediately grabbed and prepared the hotdogs and buns with her bare hands. No gloves or anything. Very unsanitary!

Language barrier didn't matter, customer service was amazing! The food was even better! They work as a perfect team too, really nice to watch them work together so fluidly.

Completely rude staff, intolerant of non-french speakers. Throws vinegar packs at people when asked.

Worst experience ever visiting this location. The staff is rude beyond belief when asking as a customer for simple things that I need to eat my lunch. Do not visit this location.

Can't go wrong with all dressed hotdogs & poutine!

Les frites sont trop huileuse et les burgers pas bon. Trop chère pour la qualité.
