Fantastic!!! The only thing better than the chocolate is the ice cream! Everything is vegan and gluten free, but you wouldn't be able to tell--down to the (gf) waffle cones, it's delicious perfection. Vegan or not, it is simply *excellent* ice cream, period. Update Sept. 1, 2023: I stand by my first review, Vaka continues to be fantastic. Serge is a master and his creativity, thoughtfulness, and dedication to his craft show in every delicious thing he makes. Visiting Vaka has become a near weekly ritual for me, and it is always a joy to discover a new tantalizing flavour of ice cream. More often than not, I start with a scoop and end up taking a tub home :)

Spent Sunday afternoon at one of their tastings. It was absolutely the most amazing experience of flavors, textures and tastes. Everyone in my party loved it Highly recommend spending a Sunday afternoon trying this place
