Looks and feels very dirty. Bathroom dirty. No pride

Let the girl taking my order know it was my first time there, and she offered no help with the menu or offered any suggestions. I ordered 40 dollars worth of food. The guy who handed me my order just tossed it on the counter and didn’t say anything. When I received my order I noticed the spinach, tomatoes and crust on my pizza were completely charred. I picked off what I could but when I tried to eat the pizza I could only taste the charr. I couldn’t even get through one piece. Then I tried to eat the pasta I had ordered. The pasta was so soggy as if it had been sitting for the last hour. I could barely pick up any noodles because they would just crumble. The atmosphere was unwelcoming, the food was overwhelmingly disappointing, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend trying it at all.

Amazing fresh pizza. You pick your toppings and it comes out pretty quick. Staff is excellent.

My sister always orders from you. Never get's anything I would enjoy even after asking me. Which she did tonight, cheeze bread smelled horrid tonight, the cheeze smelled like charred flesh smells. The Pizza just looked like foul play. Some chicken alfredo slathered in purple onions. So to counter it I'm in my study on the upper floor with a sprite and a cigar. About the only thing that drowns out that smell, and mind you I do have sensory issues so bad smells really deal damage. I've only tried one thing on the menu that is on the low end of decent. I'll order Dion's myself tonight to enjoy. I will however credit you slightly for giving her decent service. Maybe treat me to a peperoni sometime and try to change my thoughts on the food. Never had your regular peperoni.

It was our first time here. The staff helped us choose what to get and the pizza was amazing.

Great food but understaffed

The last two times I went, my order wasn't correct, and they left out my extra sauces. Every time I go back here, I have to do my own quality check and make sure these guys did their job right on MY time! Yes, they fixed the issue, but I don't know if this will happen a third time. These were two separate occasions at least 2-3 weeks apart from each other at that.
