Urban Bird Hot Chicken

I ordered take out and found a lot of hair in my waffle. What a disgusting place that can’t even take care of their hygiene.

This place had amazing food, customer service is great and halal. I got the 2 jumbo chicken tenders with the waffles and it was so good, the food came quickly and the person who served me was very nice. I love this place and I WILL be coming back. 5/5.

I went in last night and was disappointed. The chicken wasn’t completely cooked, the cheese I asked for wasn’t included, and a few fries weren’t fried well. Customer service was great but the food wasn’t that good. I might be back in a few months to try it again.

Chicken stips are really good. We tried the mild, lemon pepper, bbq, and hot. The only thing was the drinks from the machine had an aftertaste. Everything else was good.
