Good service at Upper Crust! Natasha was friendly and made sure my experience was great. Recommended to try when catching the Cardiff Central train station!

Just had the worse "bacon" roll in my life. The "bacon" was virtually non existent and what was in there was more fat than bacon. £4.47 profit made on a roll that was £4.49... disgusting!

Hannah was very friendly and welcoming, service was efficient and with a smile.

So I arrived at closing time but the 2 servers could not have made me feel more welcome. I have food allergies but they showed me all the allergy information so I could eat well and not be ill. Smiley and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful finish to my day. Diksha and Natasha. You are angels. Dietary restrictions: I have IBS. So I am limited to what I can eat comfortably.
