The University Dining Hall offers all-you-care-to-eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Monday through Friday. Brunch and dinner are served on Saturday’s and Sunday’s. Our featured rotating menu includes main entrees, the grill, build-your-own sandwich bar, soup station, potato and pasta bar, fresh salad bar, bakery and dessert items, and a variety of vegetarian and vegan selections. It is our mission to satisfy diverse tastes and appetites by providing a wide variety of fresh, healthy, high quality food.
