Says open till 1 am on Google. The building is gone? I mean gas buddy even updated there stuff before you guys.

Location is closed for remodeling according to the sign in the window, fall 2024 reopening? Would be nice if they updated their website and Google listing this location is temporarily closed. Wasted trip for nothing.

Closed at 11 not 1

The air machine is broken and in fact flattened our tire when we tried to refill before a long trip to Chicago. We had to call AAA for a fix. Do not go here if you’re looking to refill the air in your tires, you’ll have a greater headache than anticipated.

Update: WOW! Went in there today on a Sunday and both employees working were so helpful, professional, and nice! Big upgrade from previous staff! I try to stop into work on Sundays to get a drink before work because Dunkin is closed on those days and they are NEVER open. Today it happened AGAIN, I pulled up about 10 till 6am (it opens at five per google and store sign) and this time there was someone in there and she completely ignored me and continued doing what she was doing at the counter and did not bother to let me in or acknowledge me at all. I don’t need 5 star service but try bothering to make sure you’re opening on time? Or just change your hours to a time you can actually have an employee there. I never leave reviews but this is getting ridiculous.

Store is not clean and workers are just plain ole lazy

This is the 4th night they told me the milkshake side is ‘closed’. It’s 8:40pm on march 26th. I’m not sure what is going on there but their management is terrible for having employees unable to carry out service.

United Dairy Farmers is a Cincinnati mainstay. They're all over the city. They're fairly standardized, both from a layout standpoint, an inventory standpoint, and a fuel standpoint. Come for an automotive fuel up, get yourself a soda and a milkshake or malt or even ice cream while you're there. You won't regret it. Recommended.

Actually just left there. I have to say it was very upsetting and disappointing. The young girl at the register was friendly and nice but there was a boy that ended up making us a sundae and a malt. I got a 2 dip sundae with pb and marshmallow and even said I wanted a good amount but never tasted or saw one drop of pb, had a whole in my cup,and was only given one scoop. My husbands was okay but didn't have the malt flavor and was short on ice cream too. Also I had to ask the boy to change his gloves bc he wiped his face and coughed into the gloves several times. Just overall super disappointed and won't go back to this location.
