United Club

What a beautiful lounge! Very well maintained, super clean! Lots of food and drinks is options, there is a beautiful bar and a lot of different seating areas. Definitely one of the nicest lounges I visited recently!

Shockingly bad with rude employees who just said: "5:30" when I was waiting for hot food. A woman at the door who screamed at everyone to get on one line or the other and had zero patience when our scans did not initially work! I paid $110.00 total for two day passes and had coffee cake and mediocre coffee. It was anything but relaxing.

Large place with sufficient for people to come and chill. Good range of drinks and bar as well.

Clean, modern, full bar, food options weren’t vast but what they had available was delicious This lounge gets pretty busy so it’s very possible that one-time pass users will be turned away. This happened to me around 1:45PM on a Friday but after half an hour, capacity opened up and I was allowed to use a pass

The lounge is nice and calm. I went early in the morning. The breakfast option was excellent, and there was a good variety of food. The breakfast is buffet style. Have a water fountain. The coffee machine was 10 out of 10. You can get 12 different coffee-style drinks. The bar has free drink options. The bathroom is way more clean than the airport one. Recommend when you are traveling with United Airlines, wait at their lounge.

It was my first time using this lounge and I was very happy with the experience overall. We had free day passes (perk of the United Credit Card) and I was able to use them to get in without a problem. We got there around 5:30am so the place was very empty. Nice quiet environment to relax before our flight. The lounge chairs were very comfy and they offered a wide variety of seating options. I enjoyed the food options they had for breakfast and took advantage of the “build your own ricotta toast” bar and the yogurt parfait bar. My husband had a porkroll, egg, and cheese sandwich and said it was good. We didn’t use the bar at all but it looked nice and offered some complimentary options. Bathrooms were clean. The staff members were all pleasant/helpful and frequently walked around to clean up plates and messes. Overall we were very happy with our experience and would go back .

Love this brand new club. Bright, airy. Food is excellent with healthy options. Can have a full dinner in the evenings.

Just visited the new/newly updated United Club near gate A27. Spacious, well laid out, with several different areas and pretty neat looking bar. Good view to, down to the lower shipping area and out the window. The food and drink options are very similar to other United Clubs.
