Good food but the worst service in Goleta. The servers weren’t busy, I’m watching them stand around texting. We ate around the lull at 3:45 and the place was absolutely dead. We were literally the only customers. Took 30mins just to get the check, was about to walk out. And the service button on the table does nothing when pressed.. just there for show

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, and the ambiance was perfect for a relaxing meal. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring that everything was perfect from start to finish. We visited during a busy time, but the service was still prompt and professional. I was especially impressed by how accommodating they were to special requests. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great food and excellent service. They have really good boba and I like it

I ordered the spicy ramen and it was so good! The egg and noodles were so delicious. It a took a little time to order and get the check but the employees were friendly. They have a booth side, I did notice it took some time to also clear some tables.

The food was delicious! We had the beef pot and the fried rice. This place is unique because you don't even need to order with a server; you can order through the app. It was very busy that day, but the staff were still very attentive and provided excellent service. There are buttons on the indoor tables that you can press if you need a server, which we also found very convenient. Loved our visit!

The boba is great! The food was a textural nightmare and I fear for my digestive system. Disgusting.

I love Uniboil because i get to eat all your yummy food. downgraded to 4 stars. During Covid I peeked inside the window and saw boxes stacked 6 foot high that looked like pre made food with Chinese letters on it.

Pretty slow. Been a few times. It’s OK. Boba is usually overcooked and mushy. But I really like that they have so many food options, like boba places I’m used to. A lot of places don’t have snack options, so this comes in clutch if I want takoyaki or popcorn chicken.

The employees are very cold. I came to take orders. When they saw me, it was like they saw a devil. No one looks at us 🥴 I'm not your fan, just order and I'll go 🤮

Busier than usual today.. the guy at the counter was handling it really well though, we didn't even have to wait that long.

I called 3 times and was hung up on repeatedly seconds after they would answer the call. On my fifth call, I finally got answered by a man and when I asked to make an order for pickup, I was told “Today is kind of busy so we’re not taking phone orders. You’ll have to come in to make an order.” Awesome. We’ll be eating elsewhere tonight. Not a great experience.
