Uncle Sam's BBQ Smoke House

Absolutely amazing food and service. The staff really take care of their customers and take pride in the food they make. A very friendly atmosphere. Everything is homemade and delicious! Big portions so you definitely don't leave hungry! I had the brisket bowl and it was so good! Melt in your mouth meat, homemade mac and cheese and crispy and delicious coleslaw. Can't wait to try more!

Had to try out this Texan Smokehouse in the Creek and glad I did. Ordered the rib and chicken combo, ribs were super tender and delicious including the chicken and loved the BBQ sauce and the smokey flavor. My kids ordered the chicken tenders and poutine and they loved it. The Staff are very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it.

Just heard about Uncle Sam’s BBQ in Stoney Creek so decided to try for take out. Ordered the 2 meat combo (ribs & pulled pork) and smoked wings. The ribs & pork were absolutely melt in your mouth delicious, probably the best I’ve ever had. I was closing my eyes with every bite I was enjoying it so much. Smoked wings were so good too, big, smokey, crispy, and juicy. Really good portion sizes and everything was ready very quickly and the staff was friendly, they even threw in a few extra buns as my wife likes to eat her pulled pork as a sandwich, we appreciate that very much! Oh and the restaurant smelt amazing. Excited to try the other menu items and will definitely be back. Highly recommend. . . . *Update* had my first delivery order from Uncle Sam’s tonight. Still unreal. Food so good. Was here quick too! I love Uncle Sam’s.
