Absolutely love this place. We go here maybe 2x a month. Great service!

This is my favorite sushi in Spokane! The prices are really good, especially for Kendall Yards and the sushi rolls are big! I also love their appetizers. I’m also allergic to avocado so they always make sure it’s taken out, and they will remake them if it isn’t.

I'm very disappointed at sushi that we got in to go order. Me and my wife had stomach issues after eating sushi. We have been going to Umi Kitchen for years and never had any problems before but until now. It was same rolls as we always get.

Great sushi. Get the pumpkin roll it’s not as it sounds but it’s amazing.

I got some good ideas for things to order next time. My choices were pretty basic this time. I'd do my research before ordering again. During lunch they seem to be rushed to get you fed quickly. I noticed lots of great looking dishes on other tables. Parking: Easy on street parking during my visit

Super great sushi!! Great service too

We had the Umi fish and chips and a Hawaii roll. The umi fish and chips was delish, tempura battered fish and sweet potato fries. I did end up with a few bones in the fish. Hawaii roll was decent, the spicy tuna felt like it was minced which gave the whole roll a very mushy texture that I did not care for. The spice level was way too mellow, I expect more of a kick when I get spicy tuna, as well as the wasabi didn't seem to be very spicy I had to add so much more to my soy sauce than normal and it still never gave the same heat that I like. Our server was awesome and attentive without being to pushy as I was visiting with a friend who I had not seen in a while so we had some catching up to do. He let us be and only checked in when our food was ready or our glasses were getting empty. I appreciate good servers who can read the table and accommodate appropriately. Nice atmosphere. Where we were seated was a bit chilly because we were closest to the door but probably not an issue in warmer weather.
