Exceptional service. Waitress acknowledged we were there for a show at the arena. Promptly brought us drinks, food, and check. Should have gone back after the show. Do not recommend parking in the parking garage. Took 45min to get out. Find street parking.

Definitely too quiet on a Saturday for such an awesome place for food and drinks. Had their Scotch eggs, Ugly pretzel, and crab cake sandwich. The extra $2 for fries is worth it. Good food, relaxed atmosphere, and friendly service. Get a table by the fireplace during the winter.

Great place for a quick bite before a show. Fantastic service, server was very proactively asking if we were there for a show and being very attentive leaving on time!

Ugly O is my wife and I's go-to spot. No matter what we're hungry for, something here will hit the spot. Every different dish we've had hits the taste buds differently and I cannot recommend this place enough.
