Excellent staff at dealing with any issues

Lovely so nice to be back your staff really are your biggest asset

Coffee not bad, but the place isn't very clean and the trays they use appear never to have been cleaned.

Awful experience, staff uninterested and rude! Spa treatments not as described, rooms basic...even though upgraded! Won't recommend or go again!

Lovely room and good reception on arrival. The lady 'in training' was very good. Bar service could be better as was left standing at bar while bar staff were chatting or outing glasses away and didn't have the initiative to serve
