I am surprised to feel that spoons that was given along with Rava idly dont seem to have sterilized - a procedure of soaking in hot water. The very shape of spoon with ridges is likely to allow food particles to get struck. Shape and not soaking promoted me write this review. Hope spoons currently used are replaced with flat spoon and ensuring the spoons soaked in hot water in the near future. Hygiene is part of good service.

There could be more servers ....wait time is more on weekends. Good authentic Dosa, Idly & vada....
