When we first went there, service was fantastic. Two years ago. Since then, they are often out of the type of pizza I order, or out of cider. Then the myriad of young people working the register are rude and cold, and act like they could care less. Thats the main issue with this place now. we ordered a to go via phone, got there 20 min later they hadn't even started it. Once, the cashier even got angry at me when I asked him why they never have the gf pizza when I show up. Or the cider. Everytime I give the place another chance, I'm disappointed again. Too bad, cause the first times in early 2022 were great, were solid. Now when I go there I feel like they are doing me a favor by taking my order. Patience running thin. Just for a single slice to go took 20 min. I lived in NYC, those premade slices don't take but 5 minutes. We are locals, and far from diva type people. I eat gf due to a medical condition called celiac disease. My wife isn't even picky, she's a nurse. I wish this business success, but we have given this place so many chances recently, that we won't be going back anymore. Too bad, cause the food, when they have what I can eat is good. Honestly want to like this place. And when I go there, place has very few customers. If they don't fix the poor customer service, this place building is going to be up for lease again. It was a Cuban restaurant before, like I said, we are locals. Edit: Read the lowest reviews. They back up the claims re: poor customer service. They get orders wrong and they are rude and act like they could care less about your business. I don't understand how an owner can allow that if they want stay in business, the place is hit and miss. Lately more miss.
