Best ice-cream in the Cypress area!

I went yesterday for my first time and Abby was so nice and welcoming I will most definitely be coming again .

Wow. Just absolutely amazing. Abby was so helpful. The place was clean. And CHEAP. Let me tell you! $30 for 8 people to be FULL of ice-cream. This is THE place.

Whatever you do, DO NOT GET ON DRIVE THRU!!! I was the 3rd car, more than 3o Minute!! It's so ridiculous !!!

This my my mom's favorite place to get ice cream. It's her birthday today and Jason was so nice, he even hooked her ice cream up for her birthday! Amazing service.

I continue to come here because it's one of the few places in the area that carries amazing soft serve. However, despite the fact that I ALWAYS order the same exact thing, it has been made incorrectly nearly every single time. And when I point out that the item was made incorrectly I have usually recieved an irritated response from the workers. OR, when the item is remade correctly, they make the item with less ice cream or very skimpy toppings the second time around. Also, I've been chastised by the workers a couple times, told I need to specify certain things about my order. However, the things they tell me to specify are things that I did indeed specify while placing the order. I'm not sure if they aren't ringing up the order as they take it? Or maybe they are just in a hurry and making mistakes? But it's frustrating that it's happened so consistently. And that they get irritated when I let them know the item was not made the way I ordered it from the start. I've even tried making sure they repeat the order back to me. Even tho they might repeat it back correctly, it's still come out wrong.

How dose it take 30+ mins to get your ice cream when your the 3rd car at the drive thru and it now even BUSY !?!
