Dirty restrooms. Overpriced for the quality of the food and the service.

Everything in here is disgusting. The menus are nasty, soda fountain, silverware, tables and bathrooms. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. The burger wasn't anything special, just low quality beef stacked with onion strings. This is the nastiest bathroom I've ever seen in a restaurant, they might clean them once per week at best. I just ate there and already feel sick, nothing is sitting well

Disgusting. Dirty. Cold food. No clean silverware. Grimy! Ketchup, salt,pepper, house made Ketchup, barrels of pickels, etc, etc, All filthy. Where is the health department and code enforcement for food establishments??? This place needs to be closed down . . . Until it's up to code. Yes I became sick after eating here. But I didn't eat all that was on my plate. After seeing the filthy, grimy buss-carts the employees were cleaning the tables off with, I became sick. There's too much to write about . . . Don't eat there.

I always enjoyed Twisted Root on past visits. However, this time it was disappointing. Milkshakes were not available. The French fries were soggy and half warm. My burger was good.

I was literally the only person in the building ,other than the staff, and it took over 25 min to get my food. Somehow the carrots & green beans were undercooked and I received the smallest chicken breast I’ve ever seen. Not impressed.

Food was delicious! The employees used polite language, however their tone was curt and unappreciative.

The food is good but dirty tables everywhere dirty floors just dirty. The employees standing around playing on phones and not even trying to clean or do anything. Won't be back
