Tucked away in the hustle and bustle of Rockville is a small old-fashioned deli with authentic Italian cold cut sandwiches and a great meatball sub. The ladies behind the counter genuinely want to make the best of food as I when I asked for their personal favorites, each one kindly and thoughtful replied. The ale, beer, and stout selection is outstanding, and with all the choices, I didn't know where to start. The gentleman at the register offered to walk me through their numerous selections at a later date as my time was short. Good people, for sure, and I look forward to returning, trying the variety of lunch specials and the selections of beer, ales, and stouts. Deli has been open since 1957, I believe..., so I had to try it, and I understand its longevity and success.

I have lived in Rockville my whole life and just discovered this Deli when I was looking for something quick to eat in the area. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the workers were at making each sandwich with care to each of our different wants. The quality of the meat was very good and the sandwich was big and delicious. I ordered the Godfather Sub toasted. Highly recommend. They also have a good variety on the menu and you can grab a beer or wine and bag of chips just as easy.

Genuinely think I had the best sandwich of my life this afternoon. Great vibes, fantastic customer service, excellent food - what could be better?

They make the best Subs that I have had anywhere. Try the Italian Cold Cut Sub & the Steak & Cheese. Yum! The Pizza looks yummy too but I haven't had any yet.
