TWIISTED Burgers & Sushi

I find it disgusting that this place insists on charging 10% on the pick up order to guarantee a tip is given to them.. seriously I picked it up. The manager told me its because they use a bag to put everything in it. When asked who gets the tip I was told the owner is there and they are not sure who gets it or if its divided up. Don’t really matter. I have no doubt people have no idea when they pick up an order they are being charged extra. I would tip HOWEVER for pick up order I should not be charged $10.45 for a bag. Shame on you twisted. You don’t even tell your customers for pick up orders you plan on charging them a tip. Disgusted

Awesome concept and great execution!

This is my favorite restaurant in Medina. Always great food and wonderful service.

We got there at 1240 and finally had to ask if our food was coming at 140. After we watched all the tables around us get their food. When the food finally came it was decent, fries were cold. The gentleman who waited on us never said anything as to why our food was so long... didn't even acknowledge the wait or ask if we wanted dessert. So Yep Won't be going back.

Great restaurant idea! Drove down from Cleveland proper and we were super happy with the excursion!
