Turtle Jack's Winona

We went yesterday for lunch . So disappointed. Took a long time for someone to acknowledge us at the door . Kids running all over . Our meal was not good . 3 of us had the Steak . None were cooked like we asked for , my daughters was almost raw . The potato were freezing and so runny . The vegetables were nothing special . Very expensive for a meal that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone .

I have never been more impressed with a resolution to an issue than how management dealt with our issue this evening. We ordered through Door Dash, and had called and spoken to staff to ask them omit something from one of the dishes due to an allergy. Unfortunately when the order arrived, the kitchen had not followed instructions the allergen was in the dish, and my mother in law couldnt eat it. They had also forgotten a side order of fries. We called the Winona location directly because it wasn't something Door Dash could help with. The manager perfusely apologised and said he was going to hand deliver a new dish himself. I was shocked! Didnt expect that. Less than 15 mins later the manager showed at our door (during Saturday night dinner hour too) with a bag with a newly, correctly, prepared meal, the missing fries and a yummy dessert for two. Blown away at the service! And of course the food is always yummy. Dietary restrictions: Allergy to nuts

The best Turtle Jack's visit yet! A "sister lunch" on an early Saturday in February . You'll love this dish! It includes sweet potatoes, but I omitted them. Instead of the balsamic dressing, I had a spicy aoli. I'll start to make this at home. Thanks for the idea! Dietary restrictions: They were happy to amend the dish!

Probably the best turkey sandwich I've ever had. Service was good as well.
