We got the Oreo Snowflake. It was $14.50 and was a big bowl of plain (no flavor) shaved ice, one small scoop of icecream, a couple of dollops of whipped cream and about three Oreos. The cheapest, worst dessert for a premium price. We were extremely disappointed. Maybe that’s the worst thing on the menu but, if it is, don’t charge premium price for it.
This place is fantastic! Definitely worth stopping by!
I've been eyeing the soft ice cream in a taiyaki bun from this place for awhile and I finally decided to get one. The place was empty when I went in and the woman who helped me seemed like she would rather be doing something else. I chose my filling and toppings and eagerly awaited my dessert. As soon as I saw the ice cream I knew it wasn't going to be good. I don't know about anyone else but I can tell just from looking if the soft ice cream is going to be creamy. This one had the look and consistency of a cheap, water-down soft-serve. It didn't taste like much and the taiyaki was cold too. If you've ever been to Somi Somi then you know what a good ice cream taiyaki should taste like. This one sucked and I won't be back.
I’ve been coming here for years since 2020 approximately 10 times now through the years. I travel a lot so it could’ve been way more visits. Whenever we would visit my mom‘s grave, which is really close by, we make it a point to stop by here and treat ourselves to some dessert or food/snack. I’ve tried the following soft, serve ice cream: Ube, vanilla and green tea. They’re all delicious! other desserts I’ve tried is the honey bread toast. OMGSH! It’s Ginormous!! It was a little much for me so I had to share with my daughter. I also tried the Teok-Bog-Ki. That was yummy and served in big portions. We took the rest of it home. Expect really long lines and it to be pretty crowded inside. Sometimes the line goes out the door. There is available seating outside with no covers or shade. Parking can be a challenge. It is shared with the Korean restaurant across. Definitely try that Korean place. We eat there often too.
Bulgogi fries and sandwich are superb.
Really went downhill, this place. Really slow at getting you your purchased items, and they don't even taste that great.
They need more parking spaces.
Waited 40 minutes for 5 donuts. Probably not gonna come back here til for a while until they get situated. Will update when things improved.
