The Tsujita restaurant company houses 4 different styles of ramen at our various locations. Come try our original tsukemen recipe that started it all. The broth is simmered for 15 hours daily to create the richness and umami that people have been enjoying for the last 17 years! We also happily serve vegan dishes and rice bowls!
