So the beginning was nice, greeted nice and sat pretty quickly. The frosted drinks were delicious. Then it went down hill from there. We ordered appetizers when we ordered our drinks, and our appetizers came out 30 minutes later, after our meal came out. We ordered our meal like 10 minutes after we got our drinks. When our food came out, the guy started apologizing that the kitchen was going very slow and our appetizers will be out right away and it took an additional five minutes to get it out but while we were waiting the food was very cold like it was sitting there, and we didn’t even have any utensils to eat it with. When our appetizer did come out, he said it was gonna be free but after that, we weren’t even that hungry anymore, and then, when we got the check, we saw on the check that the appetizer had a little note under it that said, “do not make”, so actually, it wasn’t the kitchens fault. It was the server who put do not make on the receipt, and nobody made it and so I’m thinking that our food was cold, because when he realized our food came out, our appetizer never came out. So he waited until the appetizer was made for us to get our food. And we had to ask for things multiple times and never really got them like refills on our waters. And today was my birthday so it ruined my birthday dinner. Also, when our food came out 30 minutes later, somebody that was sat 20 minutes after us got theirappetizers before us, and it was the same exact thing.
Chick-fil-A with a Hawaiian twist, yes please! Felt like having lunch on an island! We did the sit down service side of the restaurant and tried the mahi, pineapple fried rice and tropical chicken salad. All were delicious. The kids stuff with the traditional Chick-fil-A food. Love sending a postcard to friends! Even the traditional to-go side had a relaxing atmosphere. Kid-friendliness: Traditional kid’s meals and other meals
