Tropical Southern BBQ is a fusion between traditional southern BBQ and mouthwatering Island flavors. All of our meats are marinated in our dry rub, and slow smoked to perfection daily. We don't cover our meats in sauce so that the tropical Smokey flavors can be enjoyed, but if you are in need of sauce and for a full Tropical Southern BBQ experience our homemade Pin-a-q-sauce is the perfect match for the Smokey flavors.
