I experienced fraud on my Tropical Smoothie account where someone hacked into my account on the mobile app and used all of my points to place an order form this location. I live halfway across the country so it definitely wasn’t me. When I called this store to see what they could do the manager was very rude and told me this “wasn’t her fault” and it “was my problem”, so they didn’t owe me anything. She then refused to give me her name and hung up on me. I was expecting at least to be given a phone number of someone else to call, or maybe be sent a coupon code or something to make up for losing all those points but instead I got major attitude and condescension.

Good place for good food and drinks!!

I love the diversity of servers. They were kind, genuine, and the Buffalo chicken wrap with the mango smoothie is worth to die for.

I have tried several smoothies all are very good. The tai chicken salad is so delicious and filling. Service is always friendly and fast

The other days the smoothies were good . But this time I bought it has less fruits alot of ice .it's taste bland. Please try to make right like before don't destroy the taste. You guys are using a lot of ice n less fruits.

Tropical smoothie is not all that it is ok . IT'S is little pricey it is cheaper if you make your own at home. I will not be going back anytime soon.
