Tropical Smoothie Cafe

There's a lot room for the West Allis location especially when comes to quality of food. The smoothie are usually good at the location but my last couple of visits the smoothie have been very watered down.

Update: the last two times i went there the service and food were awful. I was either overcharged or my smoothie tasted way off. I contacted Tropical about both cases and never heard anything back. Was going there 3-4x a week but will likely be zero now. My review was 5 stars but no more. Only one complaint; I wish you guys were open before i went into work! I absolutely love this place! Smoothies are delicious and staff is wonderful. I'm here almost daily they're so good!

Tropical smoothie cafe. It says it all in it's name. I recently visited this Tropical smoothie cafe. I have some health issues. I ask the young lady, which smoothie promote energy. She couldn't answer it so another lady ( older) came from around the corner and said that they can't and don't know what smoothie did what. At this time I was very confused because when I make smoothie at home it's for a certain purpose. Either it promote gut health or just a burst of vitamin and minerals and so on. But You, Tropical smoothie cafe according to your employee, don't train them to answer simple questions involving your product? That's a big concern of mine. It tells me that you can care less about your customers. You just want our $$$$. Screw You Tropical smoothie cafe.

Leah and Chase were beyond exceptional! Helped make my daughters birthday even though the app was glitching! Seriously made their day!!! Highly recommend! Great customer service.

Just discovered this place and already a fan. Staff is nice and service is fast. Smoothies and wraps are delicious! They have alternative protein options as well.

Everyone was attentive and professional.
