I went to this place today & im pretty sure it’s closed permanently. Phone number was disconnected & lights were out.

Went Sat Feb 11 and they were closed even though their hours on Google were updated a week ago and say they are open.

Got there at 12:30pm today Friday Feb 10 and they were closed ☹️

Yesterday t mobile Tuesday had a 24 oz smoothie and this location was closed .

I went here back in November to get a smoothie and ordered through the app, when I got there they were closed it was during business hours. There was no sign saying why they were closed. I tried calling multiple times and on different days to see if they could refund me or at least give me app credit and no answer. The time I did go there there was only one person working and management not in sight. I don't know if I would want to come here again poor customer service and no urgency to satisfy there customers.

2 of us and another couple separately arrived during business hours, approx. 1:10PM Mon 2/13/23. Store was closed. UPS sticker on door indicates was closed earlier. The other couple indicated Rancho Cucamonga was also closed. So, why offer a free smoothie via T-Mobile Tuesdays?! Prob needs to be marked temporarily or permanently closed. Gas and time too valuable to come here.
