Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I got an Açai bowl & it looked great. But was FROZEN TOTALLY SOLID! I asked the lady for a different one & she told me no & said that’s how they r supposed to be. It was solid like an ice cube, not blended frozen. I asked if she could blend if for me & she said no. Won’t be going back here.

I wish your drive thru opened at 6am so I could grab a smoothie on the way to work to Owosso. That would be awesome!

Tropical smoothie is almost always prompt, and always consistent. Love it!

Horrible customer service. Also the shakes were very watered down.

I really like Tropical smoothie cafe and appreciate the friendly service, consistent quality, and healthy choices. However I don't appreciate this Glenpool location handing me back my credit card in a wireless card reader saying "it will ask you if you want to add a tip" as if it's not them asking it's the machine. I will never add a tip if I have to be asked. I will occasionally add a dollar to my already $7.50 smoothie and either ask the cashier to add it or preferably hand them cash.

Staff is super friendly

TSC never disappoints! Friendly service and delicious wraps. I had the Thai Wrap today. I really like the Kale Apple Slaw. Wash it down with a Mango Magic Smoothie.
