I ordered an avocolada and received detox island green

This place deserves negative stars!!! I pulled into the drive thru with 5 cars in front of me. It took 50 minutes to get to the window to pick up my 1 smoothie. But they were too busy to hand me my smoothie or take my money so at 55 minutes I drove away with nothing. You are trapped in the drive thru because there is concrete on both sides and no way to get out. THE WORST! The owner should have to pay for 1 hour of my time since he is not properly staffing. I will send him an invoice. I went to another establishment down the road and was able to order, pay and get my food in 7 minutes. DON'T SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! If you get an hour lunch break you will be in trouble.

It took almost 30 minutes to get 2 flatbreads and 2 smoothies in the drive through. There were only 2 cars ahead of us. The car ahead of us had been waiting longer. The drive through cashier had us pull forward before finishing my order, and then argued with me about it. When I told her I didn’t want the meal, She was rude. The pesto flatbread was cold and soggy. Probably the most disappointing TSC visit I’ve ever had.

1 Hour wait times for food.

Go down the street to the other location. It took me 35 minutes to get two smoothies and I walked inside. After all that they hand me two sloppy disgusting cups that I had to request to be wiped off. They did a half job and I had to wipe it off myself in the bathroom. On top of that I got my order wrong. Worst experience I’ve ever had a tropical smoothie Five different customers came in and left while I was waiting for mine. That’s not counting the cars. All I did was get two mocha madnesses, absolutely crazy.

Well.... Taking this place off the regular rotation. Service has gotten really bad as far as wait times at the drive through. Today.... I was late coming back from lunch and left with nothing because it would have taken too long. Hire people. Lots of people.

Found a piece of plastic in my food and food tasted horrible!
