Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I love smoothies and really wanted to like this place! I ordered a smoothie and it tasted like the remanence of juice in the bottom of a cup that the ice watered down. More water than flavor.. Plus.. I waited 25 minutes in the drive through for two smoothies. Ended up very disappointed

This is my third time having an issue with this particular location. First visit, my order is wrong. I articulate my words clearly and maybe these kids don’t quite understand English language that well. Secondly, the bland attitude was enough, so I started going through the drive through. Today, I ordered the same thing and apparently cash over 20$ isn’t accepted? I patiently waited just to hear that bills over 20$ aren’t accepted? So if someone made a large order and it came up to 50$ or more, you’re telling me this person can’t pay in cash to purchase that order? Just baffling. Now make that make sense. Can these kids not count correctly? Is math too difficult for one to add or subtract? If that is the policy, make it known! This is by far the worst experience I have ever had a tropical smoothie. Hire people with skill and experience. Stop hiring these uneducated, preschoolers. I’m so sorry for our future.

Had a great experience trying a new menu breakfast item (spinach feta egg wrap). Food was great and the staff was friendly. Plus the Tropical Smoothie stores are locally owned.

I've eaten here twice so far--once for dine in, once from the Drive Thru. Both experiences were positive. The ingredients tasted light and fresh. My Go-To is the Caribbean Jerk Chicken Wrap and the Island Green Smoothie. It's a bit pricey, but a tasty treat. They do have younger employees, so service may be a luck of the draw, as others have experienced.

This location has a great team! The store is always clean and organized. Employees are friendly and helpful.

Made an order, went to pickup. Wasn't greeted and was told very rudely and abruptly "It's gonna be a bit" when I inquired about my order. Finally recieved my order, and on my buffalo chicken wrap that clearly stated NO Lettuce and Tomato had a whole head of lettuce and pieces of tomato. Poor service and it's a shame because I have never tried this place and wanted to like it..

The only thing that I was disappointed in was that I went with my sister once and had to lose out on the points cause my phone wouldn't upload the app quick enough. I missed out on a twenty dollar purchase of points because of the small blunder.
