Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I come to this location like five times a week and today I decided to use my free breakfast sandwich and all of a sudden I get a different girl taking my order and then she said she has to charge me for the substitute of tomato. Like seriously seriously you can’t just substitute the sausage and bacon for a tomato you’re gonna charge me and they never do that. I’ve worked on the restaurant business for 13 years. You don’t have to ring extra and you can substitute it. They never charge me extra to sub out the freaking sausage for tomato and she said she’s a general manager, and she has to. Waste of my time. If she’s here I won’t be coming back Not to mention, she always has a bitchy ass smirk on her face. Sad because I actually like the rest of the staff and everyone else usually has a good attitude.

They dnt have happy hour BOGO. #ripoff

Everytime I order from here they mess my order up… and graces customer service sucks…. If you guys are gonna be picky about replacing smoothies off of Uber eats, then you guys shouldn’t offer it‼️

They need to stop putting sugar in their smoothies and this applies to all the stores.

Love the acacia bowl and detox smoothie. I like the avacado one too but it's really sweet.

This is ONE OF THE WORST TROPICAL SMOOTHIE RESTAURANT....I HAVE EVER IN....BY FAR!!!! SHAME ON THIS STAFF JUST SOME VILE ATTITUDES..PERIOD!!!! I GIVE ZERO STARS....WHAT A SHAME A VERY BAD COMMENTS FOR TGE PHONE IS COMING!!!!!!!!!!!

The acai bowl is a bit small for the price and the mango did not taste fresh.

Always met with a smile and correct anything that was wrong they are awesome

The option of smaller drinks would be nice.

My boyfriend was getting ready to walk in and they locked the door at 7:50. Why have closing hours if you all are not going to adhere to the actually hours. DO BETTER TS there are plenty of other smoothie places that we could patronize, but we choose this establishment. Let’s not start the new year off like this.

Wow this was a disappointment… worst trop i’ve been to. Took 20 mins to take out order when no one else was in front. Ran out of cups so they gave us tiny ups when we payed for large… wouldn’t give us the rest of the smoothie even tho we payed for it. and they didn’t even give us a receipt they just threw it right in the garbage. We payed extras for protein but 90% of it was in the rest of the blender since we only got a little cup… ridiculous

Very clean and bright inside. Excellent customer service, very courteous and attentive. Greeted us as we walked in, which I love. Drinks were amazing, Watermelon Mojito and Island Punch, and the food was amazing as well, super green caesar and the Caribbean jerk chicken wrap. Did a carry out, everything was made quickly. In and out in less than 15 minutes.
