General Manager or Regional Manager, you had two young men working a shift around 3 pm on March 16th, during the most busiest day, time, and weekend. TWO fabulous working young men, understaffed store to handle such a high volume. Their faces were tired, yet focused and knocked it out. YOU BETTER give them a bonus pay and acknowledgment, and if you do not, you don't deserve such committed employees. They were fabulous! 10 trillion star service for those two young men for the service and food!

Calab is always good but he didn't help me this moring aome women dolid and she gave me attitude I work in customer serive and she was nor very customer serive today made me fell like my questions were not welcome and order was a burden and I have to be safe due to an allgery Dietary restrictions: Have an allergy

We'd love to hear from a Store Manager about the absolute HORRIBLE service we received here today. We understand it's the beginning of the season as we both work in the tourism industry but when ya try and grab a smoothie on your day off to relax and you're met with rude employees, over filling trash cans and employees telling us they had to help everyone else first even though our order was given to the wrong person you can understand why we asked for a refund and still to our surprise after waiting over 30 mins still met with attitude. Obviously there's a disconnect for this location with staffing or training.

I LOVE the staff here and my smoothie is always made perfectly!!! It's refreshing to go to a place where everyone is so kind!!

Young lady ( Krystine) was working alone, very busy and doing a wonderful job. She was friendly, professional and kept a positive attitude I tried the cranberry truffle smoothie for first time, delicious!!

Just walked in at 1:05 pm 12/5/23 and no one came out to help me. An employee was sitting at a table filling out paperwork and never lifted her head. I left.

The employees were not friendly at all. My smoothie was very thick. I could use a spoon to eat it.
