I left my information for a manager after they managed to get my order completely incorrect a third day in a row. I've yet to receive a call. Nothing has changed. I won't return to this location. They didn't refund my money either. First two times, they made me a quesadilla when I ordered a wrap, but at list it was a similar dish I guess, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I took it back and they remade it. I checked at the store, so at least I wasn't too far. I do not eat meat. So I always order no chicken, sub plant based protein or a vegetarian dish in the first place. Third time they gave me a turkey bacon sandwich instead of my wrap. I had to skip my lunch to drive all the way back. Every single time for 3 orders in a row within 1 week. They managed to get my order wrong. The bag, the name, all correct. But they put a non-vegetarian or not even close item in my bag. I'm glad I'm not removing something I'm allergic too. Then they get an attitude when I come back. "I made your wrap, it's correct, maybe someone took your bag." I have my bag, with my name on it. Maybe they do it to keep the free food when you bring it back
I ordered ahead and my husband went inside to pick up the order. As soon as my husband came in the car the flatbread felt cold. I opened it and everything was cold! I went back inside and the manager gave a lame excuse to why it was cold. They obv didn't heat up the flatbread sandwich. I was annoyed and I wont be going back after always giving them the benefit of doubt, many years later they still suck.
Ordered a Triple Berry Oat, got home and realized it's a watery Acai Berry Boost--in the future, will be avoiding this location
I place an order for a delivery and ordered a smoothie and a salad. I paid extra fee for extra dressing! When it got delivered the extra dressing wasn’t there. I called the place and all they can say is sorry it’s my first day and there’s nothing I can do! What a worst customer service!!!
If i could i would leave 0 stars. One of your employees, Ariana S is highly highly rude. I walked in this morning asked her how she was doing; she ignored me. I proceed to order and then when I say one thing she asks me “are you done” as if she was rushing me and I was wasting her time. She starts making my food and when she is done making it she slams it on the counter and walks away. She doesn’t say thank you , she doesn’t say have a good day. She just slams my food and walks off. Very very rude and unprofessional. In all honesty she is lucky I did not go off as much as I wanted to.
The smoothie I ordered tasted watered down and the fruit tasted spoiled. I asked if I could get something else. I was willing to pay the difference for it. Or a remake would suffice and the cashier told me no. He tried to charge me for another smoothie. I had to walk out and throw away a $7 that was inedible. Used to come here so often and now the quality has gone down tremendously
Exactly what you expect. I order from the app, the app says it'll be ready in 20 minutes. I take 12 minutes to get there, and my (delicious) food is already waiting for me. They do it right. Also, friendly!
According to the manager, this is the new way that tall tropical smoothie cafes make their breakfast burritos. Something does not seem right here. This is a smoothie burrito. I think they are confusing their ingredients
