Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Pretty slow, but I believe it’s all made fresh to order so that makes sense. I went through the drive through and there were two cars in front of me and it took 25 minutes to get up to the window. I got the buffalo chicken wrap and a strawberry margarita smoothie. They were pretty good with good flavor and it was about $13 for the combo that came with a side as well.

First timer. Tried the Cali wrap and the Mango magic smoothie. The wrap was decent but I was more in love with the smoothie. It was so delicious. Service was a little slow but I think it was the girls first day or something. I would most likely go back and try something else on the menu.

Consistently slow, 15 min for two smoothies. Really? Edit: wrong smoothies. Impressively bad

This is the second time I’ve come to this restaurant at least an hour before close and the employee tells me that they’ve closed the kitchen. Don’t advertise that the restaurant closes at 10 and then close the kitchen at 9!! Meanwhile the employees are inside sitting on the counter tops, lollygagging. VERY disappointed!

Staff is unprofessional, not open when supposed to be, out of ingredients the last three attempted visits. Update: 10am Saturday morning, doors are locked once again with two workers inside. Not sure why this place is even taking up real estate anymore.

Trash location. Lights on, open sign on during business hours. Not a soul in sight, door locked. Waited over 10 minutes.

I like their smoothies but their ingredients are often out and the wait time is bad. I've been here 30 minutes waiting for our smoothies and counting the minutes with 3 children in the car. The wait time is always long and the workers are slow moving

What a joke of a business. Wife and I showed up for an already placed online order for a 12:25 pickup, only to show up to a paper sign that said they're closed until 3pm. Why would you not have your hours updated online or your online order system adjusted accordingly? It wasn't just us, as another person showed up with a similar issue. The lone employee inside refused to at least come to the door to help cancel the order or help us understand what the best course of action should be. All we got was a shaking head and a thumbs down motion from inside the store without trying to talk to us. Even if it's out of your hands, a simple explanation would make all the difference. I would never recommend such a poor experience to anyone.

Can't get through on your phone line to complain to manager. Unfortunately I was given someone else's order and am now at work and can not return to your store today. I need to be refunded. Thank you
