Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Was not pleased with my smoothie. I had chunks of spinach and kale in it. I also had chunks of ice that kept clogging my straw. The taste of the smoothies are inconsistent.

Absolutely love Tropical Smoothie Cafe. The smoothies are so good. Acai Bowl is delicious. Service has always good.

My hopes is this reaches the owner. As we walked in there were two young ladies (employees) in the dining room just off to the side of the cash register speaking to some friends. Our initial services was pleasant and welcoming. As we sat and waited for our order, the dining room began to fill. The young lady that took our order stepped into the dining room and asked to other two employees to return to work and help. Instead of helping their team. The two ladies turned back to their friends and made a sarcastic comment began to laugh and looked back into the kitchen and did not not assist. They carried on their conversation with their friends for approximately 10 minutes longer. 2-25-2024 12:15pm

I come here all the time, but this Tropical Smoothie in particular needs to focus on training. My smoothies 50% of the time are made wrong. I have food allergies too, so it’s dangerous for me. Also, you should double blend when you use protein powder without your customer having to ask. It thickens it and makes it not blend as well so there are big ice chunks.

It feels like a very toxic work environment. Everybody’s very snappy with everyone else morning shift. Multiple times have been rude when I’ve gone to pick up my order they’re very dismissive. Store manager is definitely not nice. I was in there having food and we were laughing and she’s just like really do you need to do that that loud. Horrible experience would not recommend anybody will not be back

Açaí bowl is so freaking good, had to leave a review!!! It really needs to be a permanent option on the menu!!! I really like this location as well!! It’s always clean and my drinks are always delicious! Thank you!!!

Yikes, a lot of hiccups. hopefully due to new startup, i won’t be stopping by for a little while. update: place is now amazing!

I got the bahama mama this morning & it’s was so good & the girl working was nice. I got home & my cat decided to just chuck it off the table onto the carpet & the cup didn’t break & the lid stayed on so thank for for having great lids! lol
