Just got off a 7hr drive and all I wanted was a smoothie. Soon as I walk in, workers are moving but nothing is coming out. I stood to the side check to see what I wanted for 5 mins or so. Then Stood in line for another 5 mins, on top of that 2 other customers were ahead of me longer than me. Plus a young lady waiting on her online order, she was in there so long her father got out the car ask where the heck is their order. You could hear a pen drop. No communication at all, no one greeting as customers entering. Dame shame and I don’t live no where near this location. Retraining needs to be done. I got irritated and left
Arrived this am at 8:05am, store should have been open. It WASN’T! We waited then left and went to another TS.
This was the worst service I have ever had. The owner needs to do something about the guys that work there
Service was horrible. Waited over 30 minutes for 2 smoothies. Employees totally ignored our existence for about 10 minutes while trying to order.
I've been avoiding this location because of the poor ratings. Today, however, I accidentally placed an order at this location today instead of my usual location. I was surprised at the clean appearance from outside the store. However, when I entered, there was someone sitting at one of the tables, eating and on his phone. I couldn't tell if he was an employee or not based off his deamenor as he just stared and did not greet me while continuing to drink from his cup. After I got my food. I started consuming the smoothie I ordered. I usually always order the same smoothie. For some reason, the smoothie here had a weird aftertaste that lingers for a long while after drinking. The wrap was actually pretty decent if not for the very wilted lettuce. I just thought I'd add my two cents. I really wanted to give this place a good review because the current reviews seemed a little unfair. Especially since they are next to a Tesla supercharger with a bunch of Karen Tesla owners (I'm also a Tesla owner). However, it seems the reviews are valid about poor customer service and weird food prepping. Now I can avoid this location based on my own experience instead of others'.
I ordered a Sunrise Sunset and went to put gas in my car. Picked up my order 20 minutes later. It was BROWN and I tasted banana in it. I came back and told the associate I believe I was given the wrong order because I tasted banana in it and my smoothie was brown. He said it was because I waited too long to pick it up and it melted, changing the taste of the smoothie. He grudgingly made me another one - when I said thank you for remaking it he did not respond. He gave me the re-made smoothie and did not ask me if it was better - in fact. He left before I tasted it. Below is a picture of what I received. Now I’ve been going to Tropical Smoothie for years. I know what a Sunrise Sunset tastes like, and this isn’t it. It is watered down and literally tasteless. Maybe the fruit has expired? I don’t know. I had to leave to move on with my day but Corporate will surely be getting a call. I mean, damn dude. It’s not rocket science. It’s a smoothie. Do your damn job.

Went to this location while stopping to charge our Tesla. We did an online order. The breakfast wrap and smoothie was good. No complaints there. However the service was blah. The owner ( I assume. An older man) was not friendly. Barely spoke 5 words. It was early morning and the store was clean. Next time maybe I’ll go over to Panera. Customer Service means a lot to me.
