Having to wait in line for 20 plus minutes so they can catch up on online orders is ridiculous. This business model is backwards. Hire more employees….pay them more so get more employees or stop the online orders. This is not the only store I’ve been to where it’s the same exact thing. As I was typing this up I was told another 18 minutes.

Food was good sandwich was sloppy and falling apart but edible.
Not sure how to go about this anymore. I tried contacting the manager for an order that didn’t arrive to our home. He called me back to give a refund but only gave us a partial refund. When we spoke again, he mentioned he was going to refund us for the things we never received. It’s been two weeks and we never received our full refund. It’s very unfortunate because we loved going here. It wouldn’t be a problem if it was a few bucks but order was over $70.
I paid almos 100$ and the manager didn't allow the cashier to accept my bill She didn't even pay attention when the cashier if she was allowed to take large bills All the time i was there like 25 mins waiting for the order. She was with one that i guess is her boyfriend and she didn't even care for the costumers... the cashiers are more professionals than her ...
Paid 27$ for decent smoothies but the worst excuses for wraps! We got the Caribbean jerk chicken and it was so underwhelming. Understaffed with untrained chefs! Don’t even want to try tropical smoothie again. Forgot to add I also had to wait 30 minutes for it!!
