Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I read some bad reviews from this location but I think management is doing a great job. Everyone is very respectful and you can’t really expect perfection from teens. I was served by Hussein today and he was willing to customise my smoothie by taking out some ingredients with no problem.

When i went to the tropical smoothie cafe. The Worker named Hussein was very helpful. He made me feel welcomed.

I wish I was a sixth star. The service was so beyond amazing. And the girl with glasses is super duper nice. She was willing to make the alterations I added, and it was an overall amazing experience.

I can start off with saying the smoothies had such a unique flavor, something I’ve been looking for. Following the amazing food and drinks, customer service is on point. I was helped by Ali D who was very patient with me and helped me go over the menu efficiently.

This is by far one of the worst tropical smoothie locations. Let’s start with how some of the staff is rude when you give them your order which is uncalled for. Then when you give them your order they themselves are unsure if you received the correct smoothie, because there is no label on it. This is a big issue because each time I went I’ve gotten the wrong smoothie. The staff has to ask each is this her smoothie are you sure, and ask what smoothie was put in what blender. Today was a big no for me because once again I received the wrong smoothie a total waste of money. Please close this location or do a retraining.
