I love the food here but whats the purpose of ordering online to cut in line when I had to wait 10 minutes after everyone else that came in after me ordered. I ordered online. Walked to the pickup line and was completely ignored by the high-school looking female. She took everyone else's order. I had to ask for my food. I work alot with 30 minute lunch or dinner breaks. I don't have time to wait and order or wait for food when I clearly see it ready on the counter. Customer service on pickups from the app needs work.
