Brodie was an absolute peice of work extremely rude said they were only taking online orders 2 hours prior to close and the when I said I would order online he then got upset when I made a comment to another customer he turned away and said he even if we ordered online he would not serve us
Both of the Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations here at Albuquerque have the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. They have great products but also the worst customer service in town, 0 stars.

Lobby was extremely dirty trash on the floor and restroom was disgusting. Not sure when the last time it was cleaned. Even seen some human feces on the sink.
Not sure if I will be returning to this location!
4 days this week I went in and was told they’re out of they’re bowls. I’m usually there before 9 AM?? Why advertise a product you never make.
Costumer service was the worst! The girls working there where so rude, didn’t greet or anything! Never again am I coming to this location
Customer service is awful. It could be a slow day and still none of the employees will acknowledge you. What a shame!! This is everytime I go.
All these 1 stars don't surprise me at all. This place has sub par smoothies, makes me wish there was a keva juice here instead. AWFUL customer service. Workers all act like they hate their job and the manager is one of the most LAZIEST person in food service I've ever seen. He acts angry and spiteful every time you come in and want to order something. Why would you be in food service if you don't want to serve food to people? They never have the ingredients you want add, the manager always says he has them on "backorder" someone fire this guy please, he sucks. Wish I could give a negative one star.
1st Time having Tropical Smoothie and it was soooo good and the young lady that suggested my drink was so nice and pleasant. I told her that I liked it and I will be going back.
Came in at 8:30 for some food and was told they're no longer serving food, why stay open if you're not serving food, just close up, go home and stop disappointing people
Customer service is horrible, cashier didn’t even acknowledge customers that were in line before me. Once they received their order I had to place my order on the app after waiting 5 minutes at the register. She went to the back and began a conversation with her co worker, while I was in the lobby waiting . (Mind you, I was the only customer at this point) and 7 minutes later finally asked if she could help me.
