I started coming here about 8 years ago and loved this place. I tried again today after some time had passed and for the price the food is incredibly disappointing. The chicken is always overcooked every time I come now (same at the location in Taylorsville). Way overpriced and always overcooked, not a good combination. See the black burned bits on my chicken in the photo. Every piece was dry, the burned ones even dryer. There are much much better places out there that don't charge 16 (or 20 dollars for the large) for a serving of wings.

Hate to write this because a few years ago I probably would have given five stars across the board. I understand there have been some changes (maybe multiple) in management or ownership of the business. I used to love coming here with friends. Some of the employees that worked there had been working there for years, which is a great sign in my eyes. Food was consistently good, came out fairly quickly. It used to be crazy busy some nights, which, while annoying when you want your food quicker, is ultimately a sign that the restaurant is doing something right. So five stars for this time period. From 2020 onward there were noticeable declines in the quality of the food. For example the deep fried cheese curds used to have a delicious breading with great texture and that got swapped for something with mediocre flavor and bland texture. The regular employees that I had seen for years all disappeared. The service became quite terrible. The last few times I went the restaurant was quite empty. Yet it still took around 45 minutes for the food to come out. When it comes out it's luke warm. So there seems to be some issue with cooking the food and it sitting in a window for far too long before it's brought to the customer. The 'took 45 minutes, food is lukewarm, service is poor' song and dance has happened so many times now that I can no longer look at the restaurant with the rose colored glasses that I used to have from back in the days when I really loved this place.

The male hostess was dry and cold. I wax by myself and my first time so I asked him to give me a quick run through and basically didn't respond making me unexperieced. The waitress was great but don't know if intentionally or by accident she charged me for a full basket instead of half of wings. The weed/marijuana bites shot was wack! I think they literally just poured green juice in a shot glass. I hate how these type of places treat people who are alone less than groups and how woman get treated better

We’ve been coming for over 12 years for our weekly wings night. These are the best wings in the state. HOWEVER, the last 3 months we keep getting a grumpy server on Thursday evenings. This server seems annoyed when we order, and takes forever for a minor thing, like getting us a drink. We want to return regularly but this server really makes it so others are not wanting to go there. We’re excited for Scoville Wings to open up around the corner, but of course we’d love to keep coming to TWC, If the new owners can get it together and fix things to how they were with staff.

4% fee for all card payments and automatic 20% gratuity added AFTER card fees and tax? No thanks. Will never we be back. All for slow service and mediocre food. Yikes.

I love trolley wing co very much. The buffalo sauce is the best you can get anywhere. So it makes me sad to write this. It feels different, my biggest complaint is that the wings that were served to me were cold, like they’d been sitting out for 15 minutes before I got them. It wasn’t a busy night so there wasn’t a reason for it and even if I’d wanted to say something to our server she didn’t come around for almost another hour at which point I just wanted to leave. The wings used to come in a pool of sauce, which I always loved, but this time they came out on very sterile plates. Idk. It feels like a hospitality group bought the place or something. The sauce remains the best I’ve ever had but I hope this is just a temporary thing.

Their wings are small and they don’t answer their phone. This is why business fail.

Went with my boyfriend on a weeknight, and the service was very slow. It took 20 minutes for our sever to take our order and bring us drinks. He ordered bone in wings and I ordered vegan wings, and we waited over 45 minutes for our food to arrive. When it arrived, it was cold, and the vegan wings were over fried and hard to bite into. For the high prices, we expected more from the service and food quality. I would not recommend TWC.
